The apartment has a double bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm), living-dining room with a Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. It also has a 100Mb Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and heat pump. Internet connection, water and electricity supplies (maximum 80 € consumption) and two monthly cleaning services included in the price. The building has an elevator, communal terrace and office on the ground floor. The building is located in a quiet area of the Born, without bars nearby. The Born district offers all kinds of shops and restaurants, as well as a great leisure offer. Very well-connected, metro L4 - Barceloneta and Estación de Francia just 5 minutes. It is also equidistant to two Metro stops on the L4 line (Barcelonetta and Jaume I, approximately 6 minutes walk), plus bus stops within a 2 minute walk of the property. The apartment itself is comfortable, and has interior sliding doors to allow you to have some privacy or quiet from the living room, bathroom and/or bedroom. Plenty of closet space and storage was also available. The apartment air conditioning worked without any sound, and worked well to cool the place after turning it on. The kitchen is well equipped, although the sharp knives could have used a sharpening, generally I had everything I needed to cook meals in the unit. In short, this is a perfect accommodation for you if you want to stay in Barcelona for a month (as I did) and want to be able to stay somewhere other than a hotel room. I loved my stay in Deco Born apartments. ##### John R.
