The apartment has a double bedroom with a king size bed (180cm), living-dining room with a Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. It also has a 100Mb Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and heat pump. Internet connection, water and electricity supplies (maximum 80 € consumption) and two monthly cleaning services included in the price. The building has an elevator, communal terrace and office on the ground floor. The building is located in a quiet area of the Born, without bars nearby. The Born district offers all kinds of shops and restaurants, as well as a great leisure offer. Very well-connected, metro L4 - Barceloneta and Estación de Francia just 5 minutes. Despite the bustling atmosphere of El Born, the apartment's secluded location provided a peaceful and enjoyable environment. I stayed with Deco in El Born for 6 weeks and I loved it! From an easy check in/check out to the most friendly staff and just the perfect location to be in. You got everything you want right around the corner.. bars, beach, stores, center and even though the apartment is close to a lot of nightlife, there is barely any noise to hear even during the weekends. The decor is so nice and the brick-walls are interior life goals 🙏🏻 The staff members are very friendly and the rooftop is outstanding!
