(Tourist registration number: HUTB-010336). The apartment has 105 square metres and is well furnished for a comfortable stay. There is a living room with large windows, which makes it a bright space. In addition, there is a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers and 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds and a nest bed with two singles that can be joined to create a double bed). The apartment offers all the amenities you may need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona: air conditioning, heating, SmartTV, iron + ironing board, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction hob, kettle, freezer, fridge, hair dryer, bed linen and towels. The apartment is perfect for business trips or holidays, located in the central Poble Sec district and close to the Barcelona "FIRA" Exhibition Centre. It is also only 800 metres from Plaza España and near the historic centre. The apartment is located in the Poble Sec neighbourhood of Barcelona, known for its theatres, tapas bars and cinemas, right in front of the "Tickets" restaurant by Ferran Adrià (Spain's most famous chef). You can also walk to Pl. Catalunya, Las Ramblas or the port from the apartment (no more than 15 minutes). Finally, the "Fira Barcelona" (Barcelona Fair) is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment, right where Carrer Paral·lel meets Plaça Espanya. For stays of more than 7 days, the bed linen and towels are replaced. Although located in the heart of the city, the apartment is very quiet; once you close the door, you forget all the hustle and bustle of the city... Rules: \-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, if the rule is not complied with, a penalty will be imposed. \-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the apartment. \-Please respect the community areas: stairs and corridors, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence. \-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! One thing to keep in mind is that the bedrooms face the street, and it can get quite noisy at night. There’s a tapas bar just downstairs, which made it a bit hard to fall asleep on our first night. Conveniently, it was pretty much a 15-20 min walk to just about everything we wanted to do. The cafe across the street was perfect for a morning coffee and pastry run. The bar bellow the apartment was a nice place for a quick bevy after a busy day while the teens went up to the apartment for some quiet time. Was initially concerned about noise, with the bar/cafe but truthfully we didn’t hear anything. The home was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. IKEA furnished with basics and comfortable bedding. Convenient to the Metro to easily access Barcelona key sites. Metro is very clean and easy to use. Two small groceries just steps away. Good breakfast bakery across the street, and an amazing tapas bar Ocho next door. Gets a little noisy with trucks and early am garbage pickup but that was the only complaint. Would have liked more towels (a couple of additional bath towels would have been nice, and definitely more hand towels and a couple of washcloths. Also would have liked another dish towel.) We had a blast at the apartment. Judith was the check in on our very late arrival and had lovely treats for adults and kids alike. The apartment was super clean, modern and in a great part of the city. We walked to several restaurants and took the metro everyday. It was a little bit loud at night; regular city noises I guess. We also ran out of toilette paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Not a big deal, but it was the first time that it happened during our stays. ##### Daniela H. We used all 3 bedrooms and made great use of the full kitchen. Having 2 full bathrooms also made a big difference. We are a family of five so really appreciated the spacious apartment. Check-in was easy and the property manager was very responsive. The apartment was in a great neighborhood, with restaurants, bars (highly reccomend the Gin Bar around the corner), ans supermarkets in easy walking distance. We were a family of 5 and my only "complaint" is that there really wasnt enough room to pull out the 5th bed (the trundle) in the bedroom where it was located. Terrific apartment, great area, and helpful manager. ##### Sylvia T. Good kitchen, bedrooms, baths, etc. On-site clothes washer is a plus. Windows everywhere to provide good airflow.
