Located in the city centre next to Passeig de Gracia. Ideal for couples, families or friends. The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Additionally, in the living room there is 1 sofa bed, so the capacity of the apartment is up to 3 people. The apartment has a kitchen and a full bathroom and has air conditioning, heating, free high-speed WIFI internet, TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, bed sheets and hairdryer are included. Central apartment located on the border between the Gracia and Eixample neighbourhoods. The apartment is a few metres from Diagonal Avenue and Passeig de Gràcia. It has the best features of each neighbourhood. Thus, from the Gracia neighbourhood, it has the calm, relaxed and bohemian lifestyle with its numerous restaurants from around the world, tapas bars... and from the Eixample neighbourhood, it has the most elegant part, with the boutiques of Passeig de Gràcia, the magnificent modernist houses by Gaudí "La Pedrera" and "Casa Batlló". It was great that the Aparteasy Head Office is at the base of the building. I had a very pleasant check in with the Aparteasy Representative. This apartment was recommended by a friend. The pictures make it look a bit bigger than in person, but as a single traveller, it was more than enough space for me. It was clean and safe neighbourhood and steps away from Diagonal Metro Station and with its 3 lines connects you to pretty much anything you want to see while in Barcelona. The location was easily walkable to pretty much everything as well. The area restaurants were a pleasant surprise as well. Overall, I was very happy with the accommodations and neighbouring area and amenities. ##### Leesa K. She was bubbly and friendly, and she gave us great tips for our last evening in Barcelona. I booked this apartment at the last minute, and I have to say that we were disappointed by it. It was very small. I was there with my 2 teenage daughters, and we could barely turn around without bumping into each other. There was hardly any floor space for our bags, especially when the sofa bed was pulled out. The "closet" was just a shallow inset in the wall of the bedroom with a few hangers and shelves - not very user friendly (especially when you could barely stand between the bed and the wall). The apartment also smelled musty and unpleasant. I was shocked when the instructions read we had to take out our own garbage! Hmmm. I had another apartment rental earlier in our trip which was the same price for far better value (much more spacious and beautifully decorated)- and they both had excellent locations.
