In case of serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without refund of the deposit. Mandatory tourist tax not included in the price (6.05€ x Person x Night) to be paid upon check-in (only applies for the first 7 nights and to those over 16yo). There is a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 200€ that will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings.
