Very nice aparthotel-type property offering modern and well-furnished studio apartments in Poblenou , an 'up-and-coming' and trendy area just outside the city centre. Small restaurant with limited menu on site but many bars and restaurants nearby and only 1km to seafront. Basement parking. I stayed for a week and was very satisfied.
