great - easy transport, comfortable place

Easy to access property in walking distance of a few metro lines and tram. Also walking distance to restuarants and shops. Clean place, with amenaties and very comfortable for two friends.

The location was perfect, and the apartment was much bigger than the photos and had a balcony. My daughter had rented an apartment at their other address, and she was happily surprised as well. It's a 4-minute walk between the 2. The kitchen was great, although it was only used for breakfast. We would have liked a toaster, but used the frying pan to toast. One thing missing in every hotel in Europe is an iron and a board. As it did not have a reception, we did not ask for one, so we wore the clothes that did not need much ironing. That was really the only inconvenience. I would rent it again and recommend it.

The place is in a very safe area. Nearby metro is El Clot. It is 5 mins walk from the aprtment. Takes you to different places of Barcelona directly or to connecting stations to reach the heart of Barcelona - Gracia, Gothic quaters, Plaza catalunya, Sagrada Familia, Park Guell etc. Very easy and smooth transportation. Also from El Clot metro you can directly go to airport. ( 30 mins ride). There are nearby groceries. And there are lots of restarurants as you step out of the apartment and are opened till mid- nights. We ate near the El Clot metro staion called "El Clot". Amazaing restaurant, great delicious food and not pricey. Lots of people eating till 12 am The owner of the apartment is responsive and helpoed us with early check in too ( of course you have to let them know before) and the place is very comfortable and squeaky clean. There are lots of cutlerys, a big fridge and a microwave. The Ac runs very well. I would stay there again if I visit Barcelona again.

Great apartment and close to Metro station

Everything about this apartment is great except issues with check-in. Check-in was done through a machine located at the lobby. We did not have the reference number the machine asked for, so we had to call in to the property management for help. Also the scanner of the machine did not work and could not scan our passport info. We ended up manually typing in all of my passport info and that of my husband’s. Other than check-in, the apartment was great, clean and comfortable. The location is also convenient, a few minutes of walking to the metro station that will bring you to anywhere you want to go. Several grocery stores and markets were also nearby. Cafes, bakeries are all in walking distance. The apartment presents a great value for the money. We enjoyed our stay.

Extreme "No Frills" experience. It is an apartment complex. Mostly quiet and within a km of La Sagrada Familia. Neighbor hood appears safe with convenience stores and food places nearby. The issue is total experience vs. cost. The apartment is reasonably spacious with ONE bathroom. We couldn't get any content on the TV. We ignored it because we were mostly outdoors. Internet was VERY slow and unstable. It was only available in the living room. Could only support one or two devices at a time. There was no cleaning service, including taking out the trash for the entire duration of the stay. Even though the Expedia listing mentioned laundry facilities, we couldn't find them. No laundry within the apartment. If there was a laundromat in the building, we could not find it. Pillows were extremely thin and there were no extra pillows to compensate. Overall, this was a bare minimum experience. I am left with the impression that I should have picked a hotel instead of this apartment.

Nice stay

Nice, spacious apartment. Quiet even though it’s close to road. Neighborhood is much better than first impression-3-4 min walk to Clot metro with local restaurants, market and shops. 15 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia, 2 stations by metro. Several Supermercados close No cleaning for 6 days, new towels day 5. Few glass and cutlery

Great position just need more attention to detail

The apartment was clean and in a great position. The only complaint was that kitchen items were very limited. They had a frying pan but no utensils to use in it. There were very limited and mismatched dishes. There was no one available to ask for any missing things

We have 4 people and rent a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 nights. We received 3 small rolls of toilet paper. We asked for an additional one on the last day, but it was rejected. The explanation is they only provide additional paper for those who rent more than 5 days.

Not recommended. The internet connection is literally non-existent, you can't even load a general web site, a simple search on google flights takes forever. Forget any work that you planned to do. I called the number provided for such purposes, listened to some nonsense about a router in a building, the essence of the response was "we won't do anything". It is a place run as cheaply as one can get away with. You communicate with a check-in machine and if anything goes wrong you are stuck waiting for someone to respond to you via an intercom machine on a wall who knows from where. If you are into these things - OK, but in all other cases stay in a place with some human interaction and an actually functioning Internet.

The air conditioning didnt work the whole time. Its was 27 degress... there were issues with bothe check in system and the lack.of communication from staff. He didnt tell us what was going on. We waited an hour to check in. But worst of all is that we were locked out of tje budiling at 4am because the door electrinc system stopped working. It took over an hour for someone to come let us in, no appologies and to top it off he said this had been happening for a few months now.... so then fix it!!! Not worth the money, not in a good location and the service was dreadful.

No Front Desk

The check in information we received through Hotels was wrong. In the listing and our booking information it said that the front desk was staffed from 13:00 until 19:00. When we arrived at 14:00 there was a sign on the door that said the front desk is open from 9:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 19:00. Truly there is no front desk. There is an intercom that you use to talk to someone and they instructed you how to do a self check in which you need your booking number for. Your booking number is not your Hotels booking number it is different so I would recommend contacting the hotel after you do your booking and asking them for your booking number. If you do need help checking in or with anything you can call the front desk or WhatsApp them and they will send someone over from another building. Room could be cleaner there was mold in the shower.
