The space Enjoy a comfortable and bright stay in this spacious tourist apartment located on Copérnico Street, in Barcelona’s upper residential area, one of the city’s most peaceful and well-connected neighborhoods. The apartment offers 88 m² of fully exterior space, ensuring abundant natural light throughout the day. It features three double bedrooms, ideal for families or groups of up to 6 guests, as well as two full bathrooms with walk-in showers, designed for comfort and privacy. The property is equipped with centralized air conditioning and heating, guaranteeing a pleasant temperature all year round. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. \-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. \-Arrival after hours: \- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50. \- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR. \- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros. \- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply. (€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). \- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of this flat, including the balconies. \- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
