Mattress looked like it had previously had bed bugs with small orange specks on it. And all of the smoke alarms were not attached to the roof. Also making the guests remove their own rubbish is unacceptable. That is a basic housekeeping service expected when booking a hotel. Guest for accommodation so they can relax and not have to worry about anything. I’m glad the accommodation is recycling though.

Clean and comfortable property but not reflective of the photos online. The rooms look far nicer and much larger online than they actually are. staff are very helpful and accommodating though.
