Best Western Downtown Casper Hotel
Air conditioning went out in our room then the TV wouldn’t connect to cable it was just a blank screen then the toilet wouldn’t flush due to the chain breaking inside the toilet bowl. The maintenance staff did try to fix the air conditioner but nothing worked.

The room was dirty, especially under the bathroom sink. The heater took about 5 hours to make the room comfortable, and the ice machine on my floor didn’t work.
