Our reason for being in Bangkok was close to the hotel, so for us it was convenient, Our room on the 6th floor was quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed and good quality bedding. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. There was evidence of damp below one of the bedroom windows but apart from that the décor was reasonably fresh though plain. A gym was available, and (to our surprise) there was a smallish swimming pool. Breakfast was ample in quantity, but not particularly good, with terrible coffee. Others had left the floors messy with spilt food and drink, but tables were cleared quickly. there are a few restaurants and shops nearby. WiFi in the bedroom was quite slow but reliable.
