The Siam is truly hospitality perfected. From general manager Nick’s involvement and interest in ensuring you have everything you need, to the incredible butlers always there to assist, you would be hard pressed to find better service in Bangkok. The location is a true haven along the river amidst the hustle and bustle of such a busy city. Taking the shuttle boat is highly recommended to avoid getting stuck in traffic. We were visiting as the first stop on our three week honeymoon in Thailand and I can’t think of a better place to enjoy some true luxury in Bangkok. The spa, the hotel’s eco friendly efforts, and the food were all 10/10. We will be back.

Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We loved the overall experience: from a personal butler who made all the bookings and took care of us to speaking with Nick, the general manager, to admiring all the unique art pieces they have around the hotel. I will especially miss the selection they offer at breakfasts!!!

Fantastic and unique property. Although not in the centre, river shuttle connects with the main sights of Bangkok. Very helpful staff and great (if pricey) in house dining options.

We had an amazing stay at the Siam recently. The property is out of this world and very special and you could spend days just wandering around taking it all in. The location is not the best but this is more than made up for with the convenience of the boat that is available and the uniqueness of the property. The staff were wonderful and really lovely.

Simply the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It is really an oasis amid the hustle of Bangkok—elegant, comfortable, and welcoming. From top to bottom, the staff were warm, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we not only had a good stay at the Siam but a wonderful trip to Bangkok in general.
