I stay here for 2 nights. Room is very clean and comfortable. Anytime can excess the hotel. Daily breakfast is amazing. Only my problem is lots of pork options are on the buffet. For muslim guest no sausage and bacon. And the concierge guy was very helpful and respectful. For him and his service i would say excellent. I want give 5 star for this property, however checking experience is not acceptable and i feel not welcome from reception staff. They keep me waiting in the lobby for 3 hours. After 7 hours flying again waiting in the lobby for another 3 hours make very disappointed. For that reason one star missed from my review. Still I recommend this hotel, because hotel very nice and clean. A very big thanks to concierge boy who help me a lot for transportation and many.
