ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็ก เหมาะสมกับราคา มีเพียงห้องนอน ตู้เย็นมินิบาร์ ไม่มีทีวี แม่บ้านน่ารัก สุภาพ มาทำความสะอาดห้องพักให้ทุกวัน แต่ต้องแจ้งไปที่ส่วนกลาง การเดินทางสะดวก ต่อMRT รถเมล์ได้สะดวก การจราจรช่วงเช้าและช่วงเย็นในซ.ประชาราษฎร์บำเพ็ญจะติดขัดหนาแน่น
