It's also very close to the Phrom Phong BTS, so the walk to the station wasn't too bad. The staff was very friendly and they made the room up at all hours of the day. Sometimes I would leave my room late in the day and ask for it to be made and I would come back and everything was done. The only thing I really didn't like was the mattress. It was extremely hard. It didn't even feel like a mattress at all. My regular mattress at my house is a very firm mattress and the one at the hotel seemed even harder than the one I normally use. It felt like a very cheap mattress. The bedding was ok, but the mattress was horrible. Everything else was great though. Would I stay at St. James again.... maybe, but I think there might be a slightly better hotel for the money that I paid.
