The location is around 10mins walking from MRT Sutthisan, and there are several conveniences store nearby. My favorite part is they have compact breakfast area where you can cook by yourself! They provide all the utensils and ingredients such as eggs, bread and jam, even local instant noodle! The floors gleam. The rooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean and many have balconies. The free breakfast was remarkably good. I wound up staying days longer than planned my first time because it was so nice to have a calm place with WiFi to gather myself. Then I came back!
