Cheap price, clean & comfy bed, good a/c, quiet, well security, friendly staff, 5 minutes to BTS, 7 eleven, Starbucks. They kept my luggage for a while after check-out for free. (Even though I just had to leave your luggage in front of the reception desk, no one stole my stuff.) There was no elevator inside and I felt the surroundings didn't seem safe at night. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it's very clean. In a very accessible area of Bangkok.
