The room smelled like cigarettes upon arrival. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was no elevator, so the young lady carried my luggage upstairs for me. We were especially impressed with the free shuttle service. We arrived in Bangkok late at night at 11:30 pm and were promptly picked up and had to leave just a few hours later at 6:30 am to go back to the airport. This was absolutely no problem. The room itself was clean and came with free water, bathroom amenities, a safe, and bath robes. The air conditioning worked well too.
