Imagine checking in wanting to take a shower and no water supply. The receptionist didn’t even inform the guests. On the last day of my stay, the lift broke down and I had to carry my heavy luggage down 6 storeys through a tiny staircase. Hygiene wird nicht ernst genommen: Haare auf dem Bett, Barthaare (abrasierte ) von Gästen die zuvor da waren lagen am Waschbecken , Fernbedienung hat braunen Belag um die Tasten . When I asked the front desk for the service they said they don't offer that.
