There was a smell in the hallway and the carpeting all needed to be replaced (many stains and very worn). As you enter the main lobby there is a very strong and musty odor. The light control in the room was in poor working order and you needed to play with it to get to make the lights work. The facility needs a major up grade to replace the old and worn items.
