We stayed 3 nights and had no hot water in our room, even after complaining twice. We also booked this hotel because we were able to take advantage if the free tuk tuk service to the train station. However, when we arrived, the hotel said the tuk tuk was ‘broken’. We would have chosen a completely different hotel had we known this. Very disappointed. Staff was really friendly though and the rooms were fairly clean. Ligger på en bakgata med väldigt lite trafik, vilket var positivt. Rent och helt ok rum, vi hade rum med balkong. Frukosten var så där. Den stora nackdelen är att det saknas ljudisolering i rummen. Så du kan höra allt som händer i korridorerna nätterna igenom. Vi hade rum mot innergården så vi hörde ingen trafik. Hotellet borde införa tydligare regler kring gästernas beteende under vissa delar av dygnet. Det skriks och pratas nätterna igenom när gästerna kommer tillbaks till hotellet. Ingen hänsyn tas till andra gäster. Men detta kanske hör ihop att det är ett billigare hotell. Men lite isolering hade gjort susen. Fråga inte hotellet om restaurang-rekommendationer.
