She doesn’t know what is good service mind. Well We didn’t expected much as it’s 2.5 star hotel. But you guys should improve your communication skill with your team and specially with guests. There was a story that we wanted to print out some documents, staff at night shift said it was 20 Bath per page. We didn’t do it immediately as it super late night so we came at the reception in the next morning and she said “we never have that stuff” with the face like I’m stupid person.
