Given that the hotel is near to Bitec, guests who stay here will be likely to visit exhibitions, which means that they will need to work in the rooms. The lighting is so poor, it makes it hard to read in the evenings. During our stay, it rained very heavily in the evening, and the roads around the hotel were flooded. We could not walk out to restaurants easily, but need to make big detours. I ended up staying for one night instead of the week that I had previously booked. The images of the room look better than the room itself probably because of the lighting. The room has a lot of space but if you’re traveling with kids, it’s not kid friendly. The bed is not comfortable and the room is not as pretty as the lobby. The bath tub has a lot of cracks and there’s a small step into the bathroom that you can easily kick on the way out. The soaps and stuff they provide are very small. They seem like refillable tiny bottles. My guess is that the hotel was sold to new owners. Here's a short rundown: Room was not as advertised (a big open space where the table and love seat were in photos from hotel listing). See photo. The bathroom faucet was barely attached (see video). The hot water in the shower ranged from cold to scalding without me touching the handle. Housekeeping moved my belongings so I had to worry that something might've been left behind.
