Let’s start with check-in where the staff barely understood some of our questions that we had concerning all day, the shuttle that is supposedly available for guests, concerning the services that the hotel is supposed to provide. The room in itself is spacious, but there are no safeguards at the windows, which could lead to someone falling to their death quite easily. The bathroom has no curtains or door for the shower, which means that every time that someone takes a shower water is everywhere. And let’s not even talk about the shower-head that was broken and never fixed. There is a small space for a kitchenette, that is render completely useless by the lack of microwave or small stove, thankfully there is a fridge. The lighting in the middle of the room is mid at best, So, if you are planning to pack your bag in the middle of the night just before leaving in the morning, you have to do it on the desk. The room service is in existent after 8 pm, and if you have anything delivered to you, don’t expect them to bring it to your room or even ring you to let you know that it has arrived. The food for breakfast is there but nothing tasty or out of the ordinary & the options for vegetarian/vegans are very limited. The air conditioning is terrible in the room as well. All the wind goes to one person in the bed because of how it is situated on the wall.
