Are you looking for a unique housing opportunity available for one to five months?  
This well maintained unit works for that time frame, completely furnished and move-in ready. Available now, or if planning in advance, let us know your needs over the next year to see if the dates desired are available.  
  
'Extended Stay' guests/renters do well here - digital nomads (traveling remote workers), medical field professionals on assignment, temporal space while building a home elsewhere, or 'furnished finders' explorers looking for a 1-5 month stay on a coastal site.  
Quiet, mature community. The unit has 2 bedrooms (5 piece primary), 2 baths, laundry, a light filled living area, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, breakfast bar, two balconies, ovrsized one car garage, and fully furnished kitchen. The complex has only 20 units complete with a Community Room and gym equipment.   
  
A private pathway for easy walk to beach - spend your free time taking walks, this beach is highly rated and will not disappoint! Enjoy doing some research on this area, Bandon is special. Of course you would be 10 minutes to world class golf at Bandon Dunes.  
  
The calendar appears blocked as your 'extended stay' needs (1-5 months) can be discussed with the owner.
