Helpful staff. Room initially was for handicapped— so we had to move. Room large and bed comfortable. Shower large but extremely slippery (needed rubber mats). Closet space too small for 5 day trip. Buffet breakfast very nice with custom cooked omelettes.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly. The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay

"This is a very basic hotel, which is fine but brings some oddities, for instance my room had an old grotty unplugged fridge in the corner, the shower head was leaking alot. The receptionist was super helpful, helped me find a spot to park (my car didn't fit in their garage)"
