If there was one note to future guests, it might be too confirm how many beach chairs are available as there were only four beach chairs while we were there which was not enough for our group. We had a few issues with the hot water heater, but communicated these problems with the owner and he sent a plumber out immediately, which we appreciated. The hot water heater is 47 gallons....so if you plan to bring a large group to stay at the home, be aware. Having just one cart worked out better than we thought because the house is so close to East Beach, and there are lots of bikes in the garage! Decor is beautiful! Great upstairs porch! It had all the amenities we needed and more. One of the nicest homes we have stayed in at BHI and we have been coming for 30 years! Golf cart was very fast! Bedrooms are large and beds are great. Bathrooms are well designed and spacious. The home is bright and beautifully decorated, and the location cannot be beat!
