Lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spotless. The only downfall was that there was no place to pull over to unload suitcases in front of the hotel and they had no luggage cart.

Excellent hotel! This is truly a travelers’ hotel. It has all the amenities you would need and want for a good night’s rest. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. We booked all of our private tours with the concierge who was very knowledgeable. We had a small issue with our room and the hotel manager even came and escorted us to a new room to make sure it was to our liking. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay while visiting Lisbon.

Clean apartment, beautiful location with views of the Portugal Parlament/Asamblea building. Pretty park right across the street. Easy access to busses. Many nice restaurants in the area. Building was very secure. Apartment was very quiet. Everything was as lovely as in the photos!

Great hotel, great location, the rooms are the best luxury rooms we have ever stayed in and we have traveled to over 40 countries. Can't recommend it enough.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Very nice area though a bit noisy at night. The room was quite small and it didn't have the Nexpresso machine as stated. Expedia promised a free room upgrade if available. It was but no upgrade was given.
