Room is too hot and its window is just a an inch away from other block. Very dark room without lights. No floor mats for the bathroom. Very basic. No complimentary drinking water. Upon entering the room, you can smell the bleach they used to disinfect the room which is good that you know they make sure that pets are safe and that no diseases can spread however, the bleach is also harmful for the pets. Upon checking their cleaning tools they used Zonrox brand which is harmful for pets. Maybe the hotel can use a more pet friendy disinfectant since each guest with pet pay the pet fee that they imposed. Aside from that, the hallway is always dirty with foot prints and that it is rarely cleaned by its staff. The thrash bin besides the water dispenser is not being collected—which I observed, in Dec 30 the Jollibee trash thrown by one of the guess was still there by the morning of January 1\. Taxis and Jeepneys just out the front door. Located in the middle of a bunch of cafes and restaurants. Night market is a few minutes walk away. If you want easy access to central Baguio, this is a good place. FYI, hotel is up the elevator next to Watsons on the third floor.
