Sociano is a rustic and simple working farm surrounded by trees, meadows, and fields. It offers four apartments and is situated atop a hill in a secluded location, 11 km from the center of Bagnoregio and 18 km from a lake. The property boasts a spacious 10,000 square meter area with a meadow, a seasonal swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, available from May 30 to September 19), a WC in the pool area, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. Inside the house, you'll find a lounge with TV, WiFi, a billiard table, and a table football game, as well as a shared washing machine. The property offers ample parking spaces, and it's conveniently located near amenities like shops, groceries, and a supermarket within 11 km. This holiday rental also provides an opportunity to purchase locally-sourced farm products.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a natural, unspoiled 10,000 square meter area with a meadow, perfect for enjoying the tranquil surroundings. Guests can take advantage of the seasonal swimming pool, which measures 10 x 5 meters with a depth ranging from 80 to 180 cm, available from May 30 to September 19.
