Hotel very stuffy and air less, no air conditioning in communal areas. Room very stuffy airless and unhealthy, air conditioning almost useless in room
On arrival room only made up for single occupancy.
Food in restaurant good, however little choice
Next day we were glad to escape!

Our room at the castle was very nice and the spa facilities were excellent. We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations.
