"A very good value for money hotel which we have used in the past. Just off the motorway but still very quiet. The rooms are comfortable but not luxurious. The food is good but not gourmand and the service is friendly. A thoroughly good overnight stop ."

"We have just returned from a 2nt stay in this beautifully restored property in a quiet village location. Super welcome from the host on arrival and lovely welcome pack-a nice touch and welcome surprise! Excellent communication with Lesley before and throughout our stay. Very secure property for our 3yr old dog with large secure garden to side of property for off-street parking and occupant use only. Would also recommend a meal/drinks at Chez Julie in the village, just a short walk from the property and also dog-friendly. Would highly recommend this property to others."

"After I checked in at night I found the wifi didn't work. There was no one at the reception to help me. The next morning I whent to the reception again to ask about the wifi. The clerk signaled she did not understand English. She miraculously learned English instantly when she asked me to pay a € 1.76 fee. I had just arrived from Holland where the 1 cent coins don't circulate anymore so I gave he € 1.75. She refused to accept it withe the 1 cent missing so I gave her €1.80. She got angry when I asked for my change. "
