Composed of a ground floor with living room, kitchen dining room and bathroom, a floor with 3 independent bedrooms and a bathroom. A garage, attached to the house, for bicycles or motorcycle is at your disposal. Located 2 'from the caves, 5' from the famous Redoute coast. View of the quarry of the nature reserve "Heid des Gattes", easily accessible on foot. Shops and restaurants nearby . Not far from Ninglinspo, the only torrent in Belgium. Many walks possible in the land of legends of Val d'Amblève. The city of Spa and the circuit of Francorchamps are 1/2 hour by car. The "Wild World" where you will find animals from all over the world and the "Reid Game Park" where you will find animals from our forests are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. We hadden zelfs een garage, alleen was die niet groot genoeg voor onze auto. Die moest verderop geparkeerd worden. De meubels zijn gedateerd maar dat heeft ook z’n charme. Alles was schoon.
