"Great location — near many shops and restaurants, and just 10 min walk to the beach. We reserved the Japanese style double that was beautiful. Small, but wonderful. The staff was very kind and helpful. I was a big fan of the Japanese breakfast. I really appreciated all the different beverages offered during breakfast too. I’d definitely stay here again."

"こちらには洗剤自動投入のランドリーがあります。 受付の対応は申し分なしでした。 食事はよーぐると、 粒状のミカン、魚、卵焼き、カレー 白ご飯、ブロッコリー炒め、レタスサラダ、ペーストポテト があり、 どれもおいしかったです。 時間は平日7時00頃に行きましたが、空いていました。 7：30ごろから混んできましたが、 並ぶほどではなかつたです。"

"The staff were great, very polite and helpful. The location very good, right next to China Town and well worth a visit. Our room was large with 2 double beds and dispite not being the most modern it had everything that we needed. At the price, this stay was great value and I would recommend."

"Due to unexpected flight delays, I ended up needing an early morning check-in on arrival, and I honestly cannot say enough about how accommodating the hotel staff were. They went above and beyond to look after my well-being throughout the delays and made the whole experience far less stressful than it could have been. Beyond the service, the hotel was fantastic — my room had a beautiful view of Minato Mirai, and the location was spectacular. It's right next to a train station with walkable paths branching out in every direction, which made getting around effortless. If anyone finds themselves traveling to Yokohama, I would highly recommend this hotel."
