The room looked nice on the surface, but housekeeping only came to my room twice in 5 days. The "clean" towels were musty and smelled like mildew. The staff at the front desk were a bit rude. The room service comes in cardboard boxes in a paper bag. I was there for Memorial Day weekend and the pool bar never opened.
