So, Khamir (front desk guy) immediately went to work calling Hotels.com to help. When 3 agents couldn’t help us, he doubled down & called Vic, the hotel manager. Vic worked with hotels.com to get the reservation info sent over and saved the day! "

We were in town for a family reunion. Several members of our family stayed here and like it as well. We would stay here again! "
