"Really good choice for a stay in Preston. Quiet area between the park and city centre. Room was spacious and had pretty much everything you need for your stay. Definitely recommend and would stay again. "
"Clean, tidy, friendly staff, plenty of parking, room to work in the bedroom or bar area - arrived late and missed the restaurant but short easy walk into town. All in all very good no issues."
"Brilliant stay- everything was perfect. Michelle was a great communicator with simple instructions to make stay run smoothy. The apartment is state of the art with everything you need . It oozes quality- everything is top of the range. Parking was simple and the apartment is literally 2 mins from the high street- yet its set in a peaceful location opposite a lovely park. Great value for money - we'd definitely recommend to anyone. "
"Very clean room and excellent hard working staff. Breakfast was very good. Some parts of the hotel and rooms were a bit dated, such as the TVs and air con turned off from October to March. But otherwise all in a good condition and perfectly acceptable hotel"

"Wasn’t sure of what to expect as no previous reviews to compare. But was well worth going for it. Communication and instructions were very helpful and clear. Free parking space just near the entrance. This ground floor flat has a lovely view on to Winckley gardens, which is a bonus to have whilst looking out. Absolutely spotless, well equipped throughout , lovely bathroom and so glad it had a bath in there. Very welcoming feel, spacious kitchen area with table laid out. Nice and spacious lounge with big tv. Plus lovely comfy bed and tv in bedroom too. Our stay was nice and peaceful and just a couple of minutes walk into town centre. Host was very prompt with communication. Couldn’t fault it."
