"The staff was amazing and the room was well appointed. But there were black hairs all over the walls of the shower and dried blood inside the cloth shower curtain. The staff were super responsive and helpful! Also, do not get a room near the outdoor part of the pool - there is no supervision and both nights I was there"

Small things that would make stay excellent: different hot breakfast items each day, it was the exact same each morning for our 4 day stay, carpets could be cleaned better and new dishes, pots and cutlery as they were rusty. "

"Property was old and outdated. We were on the 10th floor and the roof of the lower areas was peiced together. The are to the pool and gym was a long and delapadated area. Popcorn ceilings and out dated rooms."

"The property was well run, well staffed. There were large groups there for a sporting event and the hotel handled them well. The breakfast and happy hour food was nice. The hotel is very clean. A great place for families."
