Recently refurbished, this beautifully appointed executive home has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, style, and effortless holiday living. Upstairs, the light-filled open plan space features a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, flowing into a spacious dining and lounge area. Step out onto the stunning balcony the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine and a BBQ while soaking in the sweeping ocean views.  
The upper level also hosts a luxurious king master suite, complete with an oversized walk-through robe, private ensuite, and separate powder room creating a true retreat for relaxation.  
Downstairs, youll find a queen bedroom along with a second, generous lounge area ideal for families or guests wanting their own space to relax, with one of two Smart TVs. A family bathroom, separate WC, and a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer add to the homes convenience.
