It truly felt like a home away from home.The lake was beautiful! We all had fun jumping off the dock , swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. We weren't the most successful fishers, but be caught a few and had a great time trying. We had so much fun at the house we never left to explore the surrounding area, but there is always next time. We look forward to returning.Communication with Dawn was great. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and everything was just as described. It was an amazing stay! Renting a cabin from Whispering Pines is always a fantastic experience! This stay was no exception. They think of everything. The cabin is so well stocked, the property is sparkling clean, and quite new. We loved all the games and the pool table as well. Plus, communicating with the owners is always top-notch. About a 35 min drive to Granite Peak where we went skiing. We met up here from MI and MN with family and enjoyed our time relaxing and spending time with eachother. A lot of people were ice fishing on the lake. There’s a short trail across the street for walking. I had requested the Christmas decorations to remain up and it just made the property even cozier. They had 2 refrigerators and well-stocked kitchen and a million towels and extra bedding and blankets. Bring your hairdryer though, property does not have one. We would totally rent again. The pool table was a hit and property had lots of games. It was a beautiful place! ##### Michelle S. We spent the last weekend of summer here and it was perfect for our family to celebrate our daughter heading to high school. We brought our Bernedoodle, 14/10 year old daughter. The house was well stocked, clean, and offered so many amenities. We also rented the boat, a highlight for sure.
