Un souci au check out : l'hôtel n'avait pas eu les informations de paiement et nous demandait de régler la chambre déjà payée... Avec l'aide de l'opératrice de chat hotel.com et de l’hôtesse de l’hôtel (qui parlait français) cela a pu être réglé avec efficacité mais nous avons perdu 1/2h. I could well hear other people at some point, but overall it has been very quiet. The breakfast was very good. I was sad I had to leave after just one night, I would have stayed longer!"
