Staff are very polite and so are the cleaning crew , front desk speaks English which is helpful. Only gripe I had was that I don't know if it's the air quality or the cleaning chemicals used in this place but everyday I stayed here I always had an extremely irritated throat. The only advice I have for others arriving by car: the "available parking" must be booked in advance.
