PET POLICY •Dogs only — no cats or exotic animals. • One (1) well-behaved, non-aggressive dog under 50 lbs may be approved with a $100 pet fee. • Prior approval is required. Please provide your dog’s size and breed. Vaccinations and flea prevention must be current. • Unapproved animals are not permitted and may result in cancellation without refund and/or a $200 additional fee. • For stays longer than 30 days, a $100 monthly fee applies. ☞All animals must be housebroken and not left unattended unless properly crated. There is a $15/night fee for each additional guest. •All guests (including children) must be included in the reservation prior to check-in. 6\. SUBLEASING is not permitted. Reservations may not be reassigned without prior written host approval. A valid photo ID matching the reservation name may be required. 7\. Guests agree to accept full responsibility for themselves and all occupants during the stay, including any damages, violations, or fees incurred. 8\. I wouldn't want to have three adults in the room. This is a room in an older hotel that has been turned into a "condo." The small kitchen was added probably where a closet had been. Very glad there was a full size refrigerator, and it was great to have two beach chairs provided. The only lavatory is the kitchen "sink" and it was odd to brush teeth where coffee cups had just been washed. I would have liked a few hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing while showering.
