There is a Coastal Bike Path for jogging, bike rides, and walking. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-FREE Oceanside Complex. Enjoy gorgeous ocean views while sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine from inside your unit! Just step outside or walk to either of the 2 Gazebos overlooking the Ocean to feel the fresh breezy air. Perfect for single travelers or couples. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests. There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a card operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests. A pest control company is contracted to treat the entire complex on a regular basis. We are in a coastal region by the water so you may still encounter a bug or two during your stay. Please be assured that the unit has been cleaned thoroughly before your stay. Many local eateries/shops are within walking distance. Dollar General is right across the street and Food Lion is just a mile away. Additional restaurants, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away. No issues. Clean and convenient. We could see the ocean from the front windows. Chose this property based on proximity to the beach. Comfortable bed. Room stayed cool. Plenty of hot water. There was a dehumidifier running in the kitchen. The only downside was there was no place to hang clothes, except in the bathroom. We were only there for a long weekend, so it wasn’t an issue. I’m only mentioning it because I didn’t think about that until we were there, and it may help a future guest. ##### Margo W. Everything was spotless and appeared to be remodeled. Great view of pool and ocean. I hope to return next year. Before booking, management replied immediately to my questions. The convenient beach access and gorgeous views were better than the listing mentioned! I was very pleased with the stay!
