This 300 sq. ft. studio is best suited for 2 adults and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults.

The space can host up to 4 guests only if the group includes 2 adults and 2 small children. 4 adults would be too tight, so please consider the compact size when booking to ensure a comfortable stay.

This ground-floor unit is located within an oceanfront complex but faces east toward a neighboring property and DOES NOT offer an ocean view from inside the condo.

•Dogs only (no cats or exotic animals).
•One non-aggressive dog under 50 lbs with prior approval.
•$100 non-refundable pet fee applies.
