Huge outdoor pool with water slide and heated indoor pool offer year round fun. Or, when you’re not surfing on the private, fantastic beach, you can enjoy basketball, tennis, miniature golf, shuffle board, huge children play area plus much, much more. In the condo you’ll enjoy a bright, updated kitchen with lots of cabinets and granite counter top. The extra 'den' has been converted to a 2nd bedroom with double bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Queen sized double bed in the master bedroom. Ocean front view from the private balcony. Unit L-236 is a second floor condo a few doors down from the elevator. HDTV with DVR and DVD that are HDMI capable for your PS4 or 5, Xbox, or PC. Coin laundry available on the lower floor. Elevator. Resort forbids all pets. No smoking please. It looked exactly how it was explained in the description. The television in the bedrooms wouldn’t work and the fridge had old food in it when we arrived, but we threw it all away. We love this unit and the property. We played mini golf, ping pong, outdoor bowling and truly enjoyed both pools the entire vacation. We home school and love how close Fort Macon is for a field trip. Each family group had their own condo unit and this gave us a look at others in our price range. By comparison the condo we rented was subpar in terms of appearance, state of repairs and kitchen utensils. ##### Frank D. Everything was clean (except living room carpet looked a bit old and questionable). Air conditioning worked very well. Nice that second bedroom (off of living room) had a door for privacy. The streaming service on the TVs was difficult to use. Overall, the condo is quite small, e.g., the entire kitchen area is in the hallway between front door and living area. Also the bathroom fixtures and cabinets are quite dated, the closet in the main bedroom is cluttered with so much stuff (including an old washer) that it’s unusable, kitchen storage space for any food brought in is very minimal. ##### Jim C.
