We had 14 people (including a 1yr old, 3 yr old and 6 yr old) stay and a few more family members visit during the day and it had enough space for all of us. A few suggestions tho: 1\. please clean the bat poop in the gazebo 2\. please provide dish rags for cleaning the kitchen (there were some fluffy towels there that wasn't quite right for cleaning) 3\. please add a handrail on the stairs 4\. the sofa in the family room has a rip and can get worse if not fixed 5\. my electrician brother-in-law said you should get the ceiling fan in the family room checked 6\. the shower in the primary room's ensuite goes from very warm to crazy hot, the coolest was way too hot, please look into it. That would be it so far. The owner is very easy going and easy to deal with. I LOVED our stay here, this was our baby's first vacation and it was lovely. Me and family members kept talking about if we win the lottery and wants to be away from people we would buy out that house. It was that nice. So many bedrooms and they were really nice. Note: the 3 bedrooms in the basement did not have AC, it was really cool down there though so it was not needed. This property was everything we could have imagined for our 13 adults/kids and 3 dogs! Host was quick to get back and property was perfect. We arrived to find a Christmas tree all decorated to start off our family Christmas weekend! The house feels isolated even though it is not far from the highway. Plenty of parking space, a very well stocked kitchen, multiple gathering spaces, and comfortable rooms. ##### Adam B. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us, along with plenty of activities for the kids. The kitchen was stocked, but definitely could use better frying pans and bakeware of some sort. We had to make a quick run for aluminum pans to use in the oven. We also were unable to locate any dish cloths and there was only one dish towel.
