« Réception à horaires limités. Bon accueil. J'ai eu droit à un verre de bienvenue et 10% de réduction sur le menu si pris au bar de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont à l'étage, mais si on accède au parking à l'arrière elles sont accessible par une rampe depuis le parking. Je n'étais de passage à Atherton que pour une nuit, mais j'ai découvert que beaucoup de gens étaient ici pour le festival de Yungaburra à proximité. Tres vieillot, LE motel du coin, chambre qui mériterait un bon coup de rénovation, salle de bain dont l'état général laisse à désirer. Coin kitchenette dans la chambre, et toujours à disposition café, thé, frigo et bouilloire. Rien à dire de plus, c est cher pour ce que c'est ! »

« Great little find. The view was amazing. Large enough to fit our family of 5. Rooms could use a little update, but we were outside for most of our trip so were happy. Beautiful spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine. Will definitely be back. »

Pour un 5 étoiles , pas de peignoirs, pas de chaussons et les bouteilles d’eau ne sont pas systématiquement renouvelées en chambre si vous ne les réclamez pas . "

"En effet, le parc est vieillot, on dirzit qu'on est dans les années 80. Mais ça on le sait quand on réserve, donc pas de surprise de ce côté là ! Le personnel a l'accueil était professionel et très agréables ! La cabine était propre, le linge de lit était propre et les lits déjà faits. La piscine est fonctionnelle, mes enfants en ont profité pendant plus d'une heure. Nous ne sommes restés quune nuit, de passage. Vu le prix que nous avons payé, nous sommes tres satifaits!"

"Pour le prix, la chambre est très basique, la propreté très superficiel. Mais pour l’emplacement nous pouvons passer sur ces 2 points. Le plus gros problème lors de notre séjour, est un problème de management. Les employés sont tous des jeunes whv. Nous avons donc eu une chambre sans climatisation à cairns sous 35 degrés. Le changement de chambre ne s’est pas fait tout de suite mais après plusieurs aller retour. Alors que plusieurs autres chambres étaient disponibles. Et surtout que notre chambre avait déjà ce problème depuis plusieurs jours. Après plusieurs formulaires nous avons pu accéder à notre nouvelle chambre!"

"Extrêmement bruyant la nuit de part et d'autre. D'un côté, comme il y a beaucoup de palmiers, avec le vent, ça devient bruyant. De l'autre, ça donne directement sur la rue où les véhicules qui y passent font un vacarme. Difficile d'avoir de bonnes nuit de sommeil même avec des bouchons."
