  • This Stunning five bedroom villa in the seaside resort village of Saronida located on the Athens Riviera,Set in a tranquil elevated position overlooking the Saronic gulf and yet only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and local restaurants and main square. Only 20 mins from the airport, with partial views of the sea and your own private pool 8.5m X 4m you really are spoilt for choice.

    Ground Floor:
    Bedroom 1 Double bed/ensuite bathroom (houses washing machine), air conditioned, built-in wardrobes, hairdryer, two windows: pool & garden view.
    Bedroom 2 Double or twin beds with hotel-style ziplock mattresses and sole-use of own bathroom, air conditioned with ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes, hairdryer, usb points, one window with garden view.
    Bedroom 3 Double bed/ensuite, also has small bed for child, shelved cupboard and hanging rail, hairdryer, air conditioned and ceiling fan, usb point, two windows: pool and garden and partial seaview

    Spacious open-plan living room with doors opening to the spacious pool terrace and front garden. There are also sliding doors to the rear garden, outside dining and BBQ area. An assortment of board games and good selection of dvd's for all ages. Free WiFi.
    Modern well equipped kitchen (electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher) with toaster, kettle, coffee machine, food mixer, juicer and a good selection of plates, serving dishes and cooking utensils.
    Outside: large charcoal BBQ and dining table, sun loungers and two seating areas, table tennis. The garden has an area laid to lawn, several olive, lemon and orange trees and a small vegetable patch.

    First Floor:
    Accessed via external staircase.
    Bedroom 4 Double bed/ensuite with fitted wardrobe (in bathroom), hairdryer, air-conditioned. Double sliding doors to balcony: garden/church/seaview.
    Bedroom 5 Double sofa bed situated in the lounge area with access to its own small shower room with wc. There is also a small fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

    Baby Equipment:
    The villa has a British safety kite-mark cot, changing mat and two standard IKEA highchairs.

Belle villa familiale au bord de la mer en Grèce

Villa très agréable avec piscine, spacieuse et confortable, située non loin de la plage, sur le village de Saronida, à 45 mn d'Athènes e' voiture. Très belle région à visiter. Paysages et plages de rêve.

Great Vila in a great location!

We enjoyed the Villa very much! Everything was as described and the pool and the view is amazing! Great location for breathtaking sunsets with all you need in the villa with privacy. Also Saronida is wonderful with beautiful beaches great restaurants and just few minutes drive to great taverns and beach bars. The Vila and the pool was very clean, with drinks in the fridge and all you need for cooking and Paul the host was available by email when we needed a question. We are happy to recommend this place and will come back again when in Greece.

Our Spanish/Italian GREEK WEDDING!

First and foremost I want to thank Frances, the owner for giving us the house tour and welcoming our family into her beautiful home. We loved the property. I would like to point out one thing - we noticed there were many wasps on the property and it would have been nice to have air condition in the eating area of the house/kitchen. I do not want this to be a filed as a negative but as a way for the owners to improve their rental property. We had a wonderful time and loved the property. I want to thank Frances and her husband for sharing their property with us.I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.

Two weeks family holiday

We stayed at this villa for two weeks in the end of April 2024. Group of 7 adults, one two years old and one 9 months. The accommodations was perfect for us. Me and my wife stayed on the upper floor and the kids and grandkids on the lower floor. Each family had their own bedroom. As my son said when we arrived at the villa, I feel like rich and famous. That summons up how we felt about the villa. Only bad part is the location, but if you feel like walking up and down the hill it's perfect.

An excellent family location

We have just arrived back from a week stay at this villa… dealing with Booking the villa was really easy. I found Paul to be honest, true to his word and extremely friendly to deal with. I was kept well informed as the trip grew closer and arriving/settling in was a simple and straightforward process. The villa had everything you need and has been carefully considered with your enjoyment in mind. Essentials you may require, table tennis, tennis, wine and much more were left for us. The villa is sizeable and caters for a large family. The main bedroom/ apartment is simply something else and perfect for parents and in-laws. The pool was plenty warm enough and beds exceptionally clean/comfortable. The location is a short walk from the beach and a number of glorious restaurants and mini markets. We will most definitely be booking this villa again. Richard

Truly an amazing property!

We absolutely loved this property. It was as if someone had anticipated everything that our family needed! It was everything I hoped for in a rental home. It has history, built by with a Greek family years ago. We enjoyed looking at the photo album. However, the house has been beautifully adapted and renovated, bright and clean and open concept. I have intense mold allergies and there wasn't a problem anywhere. We appreciated the bedroom door locks (with a family member with autism, this was incredibly helpful). The property is enclosed and gated, so we could relax without worrying our son would wander. We loved the gardens of mature lemon and olive trees - and the saltwater pool!! I took a dip morning and night. I miss it! We enjoyed meals at both the outdoor table and the indoor tables. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. I loved the elevated refrigerator. We loved drying our clothes European style on the clotheslines on the side of the house in the bright Sun, in the scent of the flowers that hang over the walls. (Jasmine?) It's a short walk through the community to the Saronida main street, where you can find fresh, local grown produce at a little market, or the big grocery store, the pharmacy, a great coffeehouse, restaurants. Well-mannered stray cats come and go gracefully, everywhere in Greece. We rented a car, and drove into Athens (traffic is rough) and even up to Delphi (just gorgeous!!) We loved exploring the different beaches. ❤️

Très agréable séjour.

La maison est très agréable, elle mériterait toutefois quelques améliorations au niveau de l électroménager de la cuisine (plaquues de cuisson et four). Pour le reste elle est bien aménagée et nous n avons manqué de rien. Jardin piscine et emplacement parfait. Le coucher de Soleil et la vue sont magnifiques.

Villa bien aménagée, séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en location (2 couples et 2 petits enfants). La villa est au calme, la présence de la piscine est un plus indéniable. Seul bémol : la présence de moustiques le soir; impossible de prendre un repas en extérieur. Il est indispensable d'installer une lampe anti moustique en extérieure. Raphael

Excellent property and owners have taken time and effort to upgrade the property. Excellent space and layout both inside and out. Bathrooms clean and modern. Kitchen is probably next in line for upgrading But still fit for purpose. Great pool and sun loungers. Books and hats and games equipment first rate. Not sure why Booking.com refer to property being in Aghia Marina? Haven’t seen any other reference to this. The property is in Saronida! Where is Aghia Marina? Overall I recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in this area.

Fabulous place!

Lovely villa in a great location. Athens is accessible by public transport (approx an hour). Lots of fabulous beaches for swimming and snorkelling. The villa itself is very homely and is clearly used for family get togethers. The homely touches help to add that little extra (board games, books, well equipped kitchen, maps of the area). The pool was fabulous- even at the end of October. Within walking distance of some great restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommended!
