### Spacious 2bd Apt in Prime Location next to Divani

Between the East and South of Central Athens, you are excellently placed to experience the best of central of Athens. Among the most amazing restaurants, galleries and museums -one block from Rizari Park, next to the landmark hotel of Athens Divani Caravel and about 20 minutes’ walk from Syntagma Square.  
A full modernly equipped condo apartment of 97.4 sq.m. with brand new electrical appliances, including a washer and dryer, dish washer, microwave, smart TV 55’, mini sound system and many more.  
An open plan apartment with spacious, modernly furnished sitting and dining areas and comfortable beds.   
At the back, there are two spacious bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and the other with a study area. Both bathrooms have showers with good water pressure.  
Further, the two verandas, one at the front and one at the back, provide the guests with a cool and calm place to relax.   
Street parking is free all days, taxis and public transport are easily accessible.  
8-minute walk from the nearest metro station Evagelismos.  
Check-in is at 15:00 o’clock.  
Check-out is at 11:00 o’clock.  
Please respect the neighbors and the resting hours, especially during summertime (15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 - 08:00).
